Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Install iPhone to Computer Transfer

Download and double click iPhone to Computer Transfer; then follow the instructions to finish the installation.
After that, please launch iPhone to Computer Transfer, and the registration window will pop up automatically. You can enter correct User Name and registration key to finish registration, or you can just skip the step to try this iPhone to Computer transfer firstly.

Step 2: Connect your iPhone

After registration, you will see the the following screenshot.

Connect your iPhone to Computer via Apple dedicated data line, then you will see the following image.
Once connecting, your iPhone will be recognized instantly, and the detailed information about your device will be displayed, including type, capacity, version and serial number. Plus, it will show the specific capacity values of different iPhone files which have taken, and the available space.

Step 3: Transfer various iPhone files to Computer/PC

On the left side of the main interface, you will see the display list, which will show your various iPhone files in different types. You can freely choose any kind of file type(Music, Video, Photo, Ringtone) to transfer to your Computer/PC for backup and safety.

A: Transfer iPhone songs

Click "Music" on the display list, then the right side of the interface will display all your music files in details as the following screenshot shows.
In front of each listed music file, there is a check box, you can check all to choose all music files or just one to choose, then click "iPhone to PC" image button on the bottom of the interface to start transferring music files from iPhone to Computer/PC.

B: Transfer iPhone video files

Click "Video" on the display list, then the right side of the interface will display all your video files in details as the following screenshot shows.
In front of each listed video file, there is a check box, you can check all to choose all movie files or just one to choose, then click "iPhone to PC" image button on the bottom of the interface to start transferring video files from iPhone to Computer/PC.

C: Transfer iPhone image files

Click "Photo" on the display list, then the right side of the interface will display all your image files in details as the following screenshot shows.
In front of each listed picture file, there is a check box, you can check all to choose all photo files or just one to choose, then click "iPhone to PC" image button on the bottom of the interface to start transferring photo files from iPhone to Computer/PC.

D: Transfer iPhone ringtones

Click "Ringtone" on the display list, then the right side of the interface will display all your ringtones in details as the following screenshot shows.
In front of each listed picture file, there is a check box, you can check all to choose all ringtone files or just one to choose, then click "iPhone to PC" image button on the bottom of the interface to start transferring ringtones from iPhone to Computer/PC for safety.

Step 4: Transfer various files from Computer/PC to iPhone

Click any one of four file types shown on the display list, then add video/audio/image/ringtone files from Computer/PC to iPhone.

E: Add video/DVD files from Computer/PC to iPad

Click "Video" on the display list, then click "PC to iPhone" image button on the bottom of the interface. After that, a new window will pop up for you to load media files.

E-1: Add video files from Computer/PC to iPhone

For adding video files, you can click "Add File" image button and choose the target video file on your PC/Computer, then the chosen video will be listed on the display list. Then just click the activated "Import" button to transfer the target video file to your iPhone.

E-2: Add DVD movie from Computer/PC to iPhone

For Loading DVD, you can click "Load DVD" image button and choose the target DVD default folder, then all chapter files of the chosen DVD file will be listed on the display list. You can choose any one chapter file or the whole DVD folder, then just click the activated "Import" button to convert the target DVD file to iPhone compatible video formats, and then transfer them to your iPhone.

F: Transfer Music files to iPhone

Click "Music" on the display list, then click "PC to iPhone" image button on the bottom of the interface. After that, a new window will pop up as the following screenshot shows.
You can click "Add File" image button and choose the target music file on your PC, then the chosen audio file will be listed on the display list. Then just click the activated "Import" button to transfer the target songs to your iPhone.
Also, you can load any video or DVD files to choose output audio format to transfer it to your iPhone as Music file.

G: Transfer image files to iPhone

Click "Photo" on the display list, then click "PC to iPhone" image button on the bottom of the interface. After that, a new window will pop up to allow you to choose the target photo files from your Computer/PC to transfer them to iPhone.

H: Transfer ringtones to iPhone

Click "Ringtone" on the display list, then click "PC to iPhone" image button on the bottom of the interface. After that, a new window will pop up to allow you to choose video or DVD files from your PC as source file. Also, you are allowed to trim your source file by setting the Start Time and End Time or just dragging the scroll bar to make ideal ringtone.

After choosing file, just click "Import" button to open ringtone maker window to convert the source file to your iPhone ringtone. After conversion, the ringtones will be transferred to your iPhone immediately.
